My Stillness Coaching is for women who are ready to rebuild their peace, their body, and their confidence with support—not hustle.

Together, we create simple rituals and realistic habits so you can feel grounded, energized, and clear about where you’re going.

Every woman is different, but most coaching journeys include a mix of:

  • Mindset & Emotional Resilience – shifting self-talk, managing stress, and learning to respond instead of react

  • Nervous System & Stillness Rituals – breathwork, journaling prompts, and small daily rhythms that calm your body

  • Faith & Purpose – creating space to listen, pray, and reconnect with what God is showing you in this season

How Coaching Works

Step 1 – Clarity Call
We meet on Zoom for ~30 minutes to talk about where you are, what you’ve tried, and what you want next. No pressure, just clarity.

Step 2 – Stillness Game Plan
If we’re a fit, I’ll create a customized plan for you that blends movement, mindset, and simple rituals you can actually stick to.

Step 3 – Weekly Support & Adjustments
We meet regularly (virtually), check in on your action steps, and adjust the plan as life happens. You’re not doing this alone anymore.

Why I Do This Work

I’ve spent over 16 years in the health world, watching women burn out trying to “fix themselves” with willpower alone.
I created Restore Your Wellbeing because I believe transformation happens when:
